Position Overview:
An instructor at Premier Martial Arts is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day to day martial arts instruction.
An outgoing and leadership driven personality is a must.
A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required.
A PMA Instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student, and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key for this position's success.
Providing A Quality of Class Instruction:
-Instruction of High Energy, Benefit Driven, and "eductaining" classes
-Customer Relations with the students and parents
-Curriculum
-Traditional Weapons skills is a plus (bo staff, nunchaku, kamas, sword)
-Drills for skills
-Life Lesson Mat Chats
-Stripe Tests
-Graduations
-Student ranking, tracking, and reporting
-Demo Team
-Group Intros
-Events
-Retention
Training and Education of Instructor Management:
-Certified Instructor Training
-Performance Evaluation for all Instructors
-Instructor Schedules / Hours
-Leadership Program
Marketing:
-Lead generation programs
-Mass Intro Marketing
-Setting appointments for Intros
Job Type:
